We hope you love your Nøra Nordic products. However, if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on unused or damaged items within 30 days of purchase. Returns are only available for items purchased directly from nora-nordic.com. For purchases made through authorized retailers, please refer to their return policy. Please note that gift cards and selected items are final sale.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team. We will provide you with a return label and guide you through the process.

We are unable to accept partial returns on sets or kits. All items must be returned together in order to be eligible for a refund.

Once your return has been received, please allow 5–8 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
